Privacy notice

What we collect

When you submit a cleaning request, we collect your name, email, phone number and the property and cleaning details you choose to share. You do not need an account.

How we use it

Blue Basin Cleaning Services uses your details to contact you about your request, discuss a quote and arrange a cleaning. Your request is stored privately and is not displayed on the public website. Submitting the form does not book or pay for an appointment.

Storage and spam prevention

Our hosting and database providers store submitted requests. We use temporary hashed request identifiers to limit repeated submissions and help prevent spam. We do not collect payment card information on these forms.

Your choices

For access, corrections or a deletion request, contact Jalen at jalenbrown459@gmail.com or 647-459-5094. Please do not include alarm codes or other sensitive information in your request.
